I have a 04 trx450r and i just recently got an hmf slip on. I also have a kn air filter which i want to run without a lid once i rejet. I was just wondering what size jets i should have. I have been told 180 main but just wanted to double check.

That is correct. Run a 180 without the air box lid or a 125 with the lid. Adjust the fuel screw to the highest smooth idle.
