Programmer settings 2007 680 rincon

Just put on utility pipe and programmer but I screwed up the factory settings i think, is there some info on the factory settings so I can make sure everything is on par when I get home. any info is appreciated, I got a little excited when I got everything installed and hit some buttons I shouldn't have

Thank you for the info, maybe I didnt fool with as much stuff as I thought, as it sounds like only the three settings are changeable. I hope this mod works like I expect, this machine does not have enough bottom end to tear up the heavy mud and muskeg I ride in.
