I own a 750 Brute with 28 inch 589's.. I have just ordered a DynaTek cdi.. My next purchase will be an HMf utility pipe, a DynoJet Kit and an K&N filter(Hopefully out soon). Is it possible to have the pipe powdercoated ? I will be riding in elevations between 3500-6000 feet. Will the DnyoJet kits take care of my needs or will I have to order additional jets from you ? Any recomendations, comments greatly appericiated..

You can get the system in red, black, or brushed aluminum, and we used 155 in the front and 165 in the rear main jets, but that was at 800'. Give us a call at 866-HMF-PIPE so we can help out with the difference in elevation, also we are currently waiting for K&N filters and Foam filters for the Brute Force.
Any other questions give us a call.

I would like to know what is the best exhaust for the B/F 750. What is the H/P gain with the full system and the slip-on.

On the Brute force slip-on you gain about 3 horses and on the full system you get about a 4 horsepower gain, and with the full system the bike will rev out smoother and have a smoother delivery of torque. Any other questions give us a call 866-HMF-PIPE.

Hey Brute Man, my Brute was coughing through the carbs when you held the speed at a steady 8-15 MPH, once I installed the full sytem HMF exhaust this went away. It idles, runs, and accelerates much better now than it did with the stock system.
Hope this helps.

If I Buy The Slip On Pipe Will I Have To Rejet The Carbs. If So How Difficult Is It To Do.

You will have to re-jet if you buy a slip-on for the brute.

I got this on my girzzly and soon to have it on my BF 750. its called a Dial-a-Jet
this is how it works. if any time you need to re-jet from altitude or a new pipe or what ever the matter may be.. just get to your carb... find where the dial-a-jet is installed( it is attched to the carb) and then just dial it to what ever jet size you need it to be.. and walla ur done.
I would post the website where you can buy them but i dont think that is aloud on the forums.
any questions guys?
