RZR Full system install

1.Remove the stock exhaust. To do this it may be easier to remove the bed liner, rear tail plastic and bumper.

The stock header gaskets get replaced with the supplied gaskets. Bolt primary headers to the cylinder head using included allen head bolts. Leave loose until all pipes are installed

Attach the mid pipe to the primaries. Install the 2 springs using spring puller or piece of wire. Bolt mid pipe to engine using supplied bolt and washer.

Using supplied Zip tie, secure crankcase breather away from exhaust mid pipe.

Slide clamp over muffler inlet then slide muffler into stock rubber mount locations.

Starting at the Head pipes and working back to the muffler, tighten all clamps/nuts/bolts. Double check clearance around complete exhaust system to avoid burning wiring/plastics/etc.

We also recommend using the power commander on the RZR as the stock programming is to rich.
