What machine do you have.....says grizzman but you are in the rincon forum area.
Rincon:
Rincon 680 4 5 4 5 4 HIGH ELEVATION or IDLE PROBLEMS ? try 2 5 4 5 4
AND
I have seen some rincon 680 owners complain about: High, No or erratic idle problems.
Reports from several forums are that the IACV (idle air control valve) sticks because of the grease in there, especially in cold temperatures.
I can't tell you on how to do this because I cannot verify the procedure AND the IACV has tamper proof torx screws holding the cover on.
BUT those tamperproof torx bits are out there.
The IACV is on the throttle boxy under a cover.
Use throttle body cleaner ONLY to clean out the excessive grease in the valve.
This should eliminate the idle problems in cold temps on the rincon.
