Quiet pipe

I was reading in the new Dirt Wheels and it said HMF is working hard on making the pipes quieter. Is that true? I hope u guys come out with a quiet series for sport quads or some way to make your pipe quieter. I am really interested in getting an HMF pipe for my Z but I heard that it is just way too loud. My dad s loud pipes and I was hoping to get one that it pretty quiet with good power.

We are in the works on the Quiet Race Series (QRS). It's being designed for sport quads. They should be ready in one month.

Ya hopefully it comes out soon. Hopefully it has about the same power as the regular sport series and awesome sound but just quieter. Have you guys tested it yet?

How much would this be for the Quiet Race Series becuase i hope it would be the same price as the Race series with the quiet core.

You asked about our quiet series for the sport quads! We have 2 new series called:

QRS: Quiet Race Series, high decible high HP, designed to meet 100dB race restriction and keep full power. $269

QS1 Ecosport Series: mid 90's dB at half throttle, keeps 805 peak hp from our regular sport series. $289

Along with our Sport and Ballance Pro race Series we should have all the bases covered.

We will include the DS650 in both the QS1 Ecosport Series and the QRS Quiet Race Series. Both are due out by September 1st

The QS1 Ecosport series has the same deep rich tone as our sport series, stock dB's @ idle and 95dB's @ half throttle while keeping over 80% of our Sport series power gains.

The QRS series will meet AMA 104dB standards. It will weigh in at 100dB's and keep full power. So for all you racers you won't get turned away from any AMA sanctioned tracks.
